Serena Williams is one of the tennis stars who won all the titles and number one tennis star. She is an ideal of lots of tennis players. We can say she is the strongest woman now a day in tennis. She has different look from other tennis players like Maria Sharapova and her sister Venus Williams. But she has proved herself that she has all qualities which are required for being a champion.
She is not slim but she is very strong. She lost little a weight last year but her game is still number one. She has very strong muscle and her body is perfect which is required for tennis. Speed, endurance and agility and strong legs are basic need of any tennis player which provides strength and power during game. Serena William has all these qualities.
She has faced lots of injuries in her career but her workout and diet she successfully faced and overcame from such injuries. Tennis is game where you have to face lots of injuries and only workout is a way which helps you to overcome from injuries. Serena says that she does not expand more time in the gym and focuses on weight loss training. She also does Pilates and Bikarm yoga.
The basic requirements of strong legs are squats and lungs. She worked lot in that field and not only healthy legs she worked on her upper body too. She did Press ups, Pull ups, Lunges. And because of this result now she is a tennis star.
