People put on lots of fat and body weight due to number of reasons like some people are in a habit of eating lots of junk food and fast food; these foods are rich in fats, some people eat whatever they would like to eat and do not care about their health and at the end when they look up in the mirror they find that they have put on lots of weight and they become frustrated, people feel stressed as they become or feel lazy when they put on lots of weight.
