As we all know that Natalie Portman, she is one of most famous actress in Hollywood. Most of girls want to get figure and shape like her. She started her career with huge popularity. She got lots of admiration for Padme Amidala in the new star wars films. Now a day people are waiting for her upcoming movie The Black Swan, it is being told that she got reduction weight for this movie. She is playing Ballerina role in this movie. She exercised fitness training program to fit and look perfect for Ballerina role.
She tells that the role of a Ballerina was not easy for her and she had do hard work and exercise for this role. She exercised cross-fitness training, swimming and extreme ballet. There are lots of actresses who are exercising these training to lose their weight.
She tells that about training that it was physicality exercise which gave me very energy and lean figure. She says that she never got fitness training exercise for losing weight. She is very happy to apply this training exercise.
How she exercised this training so she tells that she controls weight for role with punctuality. In her weight lose program she didn’t go with friends and didn’t drink. Portman did not take healthy diet plan during her diet plan. After performing these activities she could perform dance.
Portman says she is happy after losing her weight and feeling better and if she gets an opportunity to do this training so she will do again.
